Order

Besides being automatically mailed by us, you can find all updates regarding your order including track & trace details in your account.

As long as we haven't started making your order, you can still change your order. Once we are printing/stitching, we unfortunately cannot change your order. So be quick, because in most cases you only have 1-2 days after placing your order to make changes.

As long as we have not started making your item(s), we can still cancel your order. Please send an e-mail as soon as possible to contact@relax.nl with CANCELLATION in the description. We will forward your request to the workshop as soon as possible.

Yes, as long as your parcel has not yet been sent, we can change the address. Send an e-mail to contact@relax.nl with the order number and the correct desired address. Once your parcel has been sent, we can no longer change anything.

We send confirmations for every order, this happens automatically. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your spam box, chances are the confirmation e-mail ended up there.

We offer free shipping above €50. For orders under €50, shipping costs for one pair of leggings are approximately €5.99.

The making process

We currently have partnerships with two different ateliers, both in Europe. This way, we minimise the number of kilometres between the atelier and consumer. Less Co2 emissions, less soot ect.
